Tessie Burzacki, 92, formerly of Dickson City, died Monday February 22, 2010 at the Carbondale Nursing Home.

Born in Dickson City, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Elizabeth Krzyanowski Burzacki, and she was a member of St. Mary’s Visitation Church its St. Theresa’s and Enthronement societies, and she attended St. Mary’s Parochial School. Prior to retirement she was employed as a seamstress in the local garment industry.

Surviving is a nephew Randall Scalise, Dallas, TX and a niece Karen Driver, Chicago, IL.

She was preceded in death by sisters, Leona Scalise, Marie Driver, brothers, Leo, Stanley, Edward.

The funeral will be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. from the Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home, Inc. 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City, with mass at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Visitation Church, Dickson City. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Dickson City.
